        All children, regardless of their background, are equally considered for enrollment. We accept payments from subsidized programs.

Our admission process is as follows:

1. Schedule a tour to familiarize yourself with our facility and environment. Contact us to schedule a tour. 

2. Fill out the registration packet. The licensing forms are linked below for your convenience. 

   • Identification and Emergency Information

   • Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment

   • Notification of Parents' Rights

   • Affidavit Regarding Liability Insurance

   • Child's Preadmission Health History 

   • Copy of Immunization Records

3. Complete contract forms (provided by the facility).
